Why Coach Harry Likes It
This is one of the chocolatiest desserts I've ever had, even counting non-whole food, plant-based recipes. It's calorically dense, which means it should be eaten in moderation, but also means it's perfect for refueling before or after exercise. Maca also has some reported benefits for sexual drive and function - even if it doesn't, it imparts a earthy and sweet taste to this already decadent treat.
